Waarom kiezen voor stikstof in uw autobanden?

Meer dan de helft van alle auto’s in Nederland rijdt op een te lage bandenspanning. Rijden op banden met stikstof verlaagt dit percentage aanzienlijk. Stikstof is dikker dan lucht en ontsnapt minder snel, hierdoor blijft uw band langer op spanning.

De 7 voordelen van stikstof zijn:

  1. Het zorgt voor een langere levensduur van de autoband (+35%).
  2. Je bespaart brandstof door de juiste bandenspanning (tot 5%).
  3. Beter en constanter rijcomfort.
  4. Optimaal weggedrag.
  5. Veiliger.
  6. Het is beter voor het milieu door reductie Co2 uitstoot.
  7. Perslucht bevat zuurstof, vocht en vuil. Deze bestanddelen beïnvloeden de levensduur van je autoband én velg negatief. Stikstof is schoon!

Stikstof of stikstof, is er verschil?
Ja, er is wel degelijk een verschil! Wij werken met een professioneel en gecertificeerd stikstof apparaat wat 4 banden tegelijkertijd van 100% stikstof voorziet. Als eerste wordt de lucht volledig uit de band gezogen en vervangen door 100% stikstof, daarna meet het apparaat nogmaals het gehalte aan stikstof en de juiste bandenspanning voor die band. Tenslotte voorzien wij het ventiel van een groen dopje, opdat het zichtbaar is dat u stikstof in uw banden heeft.
